Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registration fee

The webinar registration fee is ₹49, charged once at the time of registration. There are no recurring charges.

Cancellation by you

Cancellation by us

If the webinar is cancelled and not rescheduled, registered attendees receive a full refund of the ₹49 registration fee.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails, no seat is confirmed and any amount debited is reversed by your bank as per its usual timelines. For duplicate charges, contact us with the payment reference and we will arrange a refund.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days.
